When an alarm occurs your alarm panel generates a signal to our Central Station. An operator will call the location to verify the alarm. If no one answers or the person who answers cannot supply a passcode, the local policing authority is notified. After that your responsible persons are notified.

If you accidentally activate your system enter you four digit user code and press OFF (Number 1). This will generate a keypad cancel signal. When it comes in the same transmission as the alarm signal, the central station operator can see that someone with a valid user code has disarmed the system. The operator will call your location to verify that the alarm is to be canceled.

To reset your system enter your user code and press OFF (Number 1) again.
