Check if your keypad displays the word “CHIME” on the right side of the LCD. If not enter your code and press “9” for chime. The keypad should beep and you should see the word “CHIME”.

If some doors and/or windows chime but another opening doesn’t check to see if the keypad reads “NOT READY” when the door/window is opened. If the opening does not register on the keypad call us @ 219-663-4390 to schedule a service call.
